When you try to open any of the TASBooks programs listed below you get this error message:
An occurred whilst trying to run the program you selected 339
Component 'Flash32_16_0_0_305.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid (TSBMain)The good news: it’s expected it not work. It uses Adobe Flash which Adobe and Microsoft jointly discontinued on the 31st December 2020.
Weirdly, it does start working again from time to time – as I write this mine is working fine.

- Sales > Customers > TASNav Interactive Flowchart (program 2.1.0)
- Purchase > Suppliers > TASNav Interactive Flowchart (program 3.1.0)
- Cash Back > Bank Accounts > TASNav Interactive Flowchart (program 4.1.0)
- Stock > Products & Services > TASNav Interactive Flowchart (program 5.1.0)
The Solution
- In TASBooks open Central > General Company Information > Personalise (program 0.1.3)
- In Display > Options > ‘When clicking the Customer, Supplier, Bank, and Stock icons’ change the selected option to ‘Open the relevant Enquiry windows‘ instead of ‘Open the relevant TASNav‘
