After updating TASBooks my software will not work

When you apply an update to TASBooks you may also need to apply an update to Infoplex software.

Whether you do or not hinges on the software you already have.

The easiest test is

  • login to SIM
  • select Tools > TAS Companies > Configure
  • highlight live company in list
  • click Refresh
  • if you don’t get an error you should be ok!

If you are not sure please check with us first. Free of charge updates need a valid support contract already in place.

Please bear this in mind before applying updates.
